Registro de erros
O Registro de erros é uma lista cronológica de tudo na sua conta que não funcionou: uma mensagem que não pôde ser entregue, uma resposta de IA que nunca foi enviada, um canal que perdeu a conexão, uma importação que falhou no meio do caminho.
Cada entrada contém um código curto, uma explicação em linguagem simples e o que fazer a respeito — assim, quando algo parecer errado, você mesmo pode ver o motivo e corrigi-lo, em vez de escrever para o suporte e esperar por uma resposta. É também a maneira mais rápida de distinguir um problema real de algo que se comportou exatamente como deveria (um contato que optou por sair, uma janela de resposta que se fechou).
Onde encontrar
No menu principal, no lado esquerdo da tela, bem na parte inferior, clique em Registro de erros — ele fica logo acima de Ajuda. (Em um celular, toque primeiro no ícone de menu ☰ e, em seguida, em Registro de erros.)
Lendo uma linha
Cada linha representa algo que falhou, com o mais recente primeiro.

Clique em uma linha para expandi-la. A linha expandida adiciona a explicação completa, a própria mensagem do provedor quando houver uma, o código numérico do provedor e botões que levam você diretamente ao local onde fará a correção — Abrir chat, Ir para Canais e similares. Filtros
Acima da lista, você pode filtrar os resultados:
- Intervalo de tempo — 24 horas, 7 dias ou 30 dias. Ele abre em 7 dias e lembra o intervalo que você escolher.
- Chips de categoria — um chip por categoria, cada um com o número de entradas no intervalo. Clique para mostrar apenas essa categoria.
- Canal — limite a lista a um canal, por exemplo, WhatsApp ou Instagram.
- Apenas erros — oculta avisos e entradas apenas informativas, deixando apenas o que realmente falhou.
- Pesquisar — digite o nome ou número de um contato, ou um código, para encontrar uma entrada específica.
O que o registro cobre
- Mensagens que não puderam ser entregues, em todos os canais — WhatsApp Business, WhatsApp Web, SMS, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, e-mail e LinkedIn.
- Vezes em que a IA não respondeu, e o motivo — nenhum agente foi definido para responder, os créditos acabaram, um limite foi atingido, o horário estava fechado.
- Problemas de canal — uma sessão do WhatsApp Web que foi desconectada, um login expirado, um limite de envio atingido.
- Faturamento e limites — um pagamento em atraso, envio pausado, saldo de crédito vazio, limite de contatos atingido.
- Importações da base de conhecimento que falharam.
- Transmissões e campanhas que foram pausadas automaticamente.
- Execuções de automação que pararam com um erro.
- Webhooks que estão falhando ou foram desligados após falhas repetidas.
- Calendários de salas que não puderam ser lidos.
O que ele não cobre
- Qualquer coisa que funcionou. O registro lista apenas falhas, portanto, uma página vazia é um bom sinal.
- Interrupções em toda a plataforma. Se várias coisas não relacionadas estiverem falhando ao mesmo tempo, verifique primeiro o Status do sistema.
- Resultados por destinatário de uma transmissão. Para saber como um envio se saiu no geral, abra a própria transmissão — veja Transmissões.
Quando entrar em contato com o suporte
Most entries tell you exactly what to change, and you can do it yourself. When an entry says to get in touch, or the same code keeps coming back after you’ve followed the fix, contact support and include the code and the time it happened (copy them straight from the row). That’s usually enough for us to find it without any back and forth.
Todos os Códigos de Erro
A primeira parte de um código indica a origem da falha:
- TW — Twilio, o provedor por trás do WhatsApp Business e SMS. O número após ele é o código de erro da própria Twilio.
- META — WhatsApp Business através da Meta. O número é o código de erro da própria Meta.
- WAW — WhatsApp Web.
