Registro de errores
El Registro de errores es una lista ordenada cronológicamente de todo lo que no funcionó en su cuenta: un mensaje que no pudo entregarse, una respuesta de IA que nunca se envió, un canal que perdió su conexión, una importación que falló a mitad de camino.
Cada entrada contiene un código breve, una explicación en lenguaje sencillo y qué hacer al respecto; así, cuando algo parece incorrecto, puede ver la razón usted mismo y solucionarlo, en lugar de escribir al soporte técnico y esperar una respuesta. También es la forma más rápida de distinguir un problema real de algo que se comportó exactamente como debería (un contacto que se dio de baja, una ventana de respuesta que se cerró).
Dónde encontrarla
En el menú principal en el lado izquierdo de la pantalla, en la parte inferior, haga clic en Registro de errores; se encuentra justo encima de Ayuda. (En un teléfono, primero toque el icono de menú ☰ y luego Registro de errores).
Cómo leer una fila
Cada fila es un elemento que falló, ordenado del más reciente al más antiguo.

Haga clic en una fila para expandirla. La fila expandida añade la explicación completa, el mensaje propio del proveedor cuando lo hubo, el código numérico del proveedor y botones que le llevan directamente al lugar donde debe realizar la corrección: Abrir chat, Ir a Canales y similares. Filtros
Encima de la lista puede filtrar los resultados:
- Intervalo de tiempo — 24 horas, 7 días o 30 días. Se abre en 7 días y recuerda el intervalo que elija.
- Fichas de categoría — una ficha por categoría, cada una con el número de entradas en el intervalo. Haga clic para mostrar solo esa categoría.
- Canal — limite la lista a un canal, por ejemplo, WhatsApp o Instagram.
- Solo errores — oculta advertencias y entradas informativas, dejando solo lo que realmente falló.
- Búsqueda — escriba el nombre o número de un contacto, o un código, para encontrar una entrada específica.
Qué cubre el registro
- Mensajes que no pudieron entregarse, en todos los canales: WhatsApp Business, WhatsApp Web, SMS, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, correo electrónico y LinkedIn.
- Veces que la IA no respondió, y por qué: no se configuró ningún agente para responder, se agotaron los créditos, se alcanzó un límite, el horario estaba cerrado.
- Problemas de canal: una sesión de WhatsApp Web que se desconectó, un inicio de sesión caducado, un límite de envío alcanzado.
- Facturación y límites: un pago vencido, envío pausado, saldo de crédito vacío, límite de contactos alcanzado.
- Importaciones de base de conocimientos que fallaron.
- Difusiones y campañas que se pausaron automáticamente.
- Ejecuciones de automatización que se detuvieron con un error.
- Webhooks que están fallando o que se desactivaron tras fallos repetidos.
- Calendarios de salas que no pudieron leerse.
Qué no cubre
- Todo lo que funcionó. El registro solo enumera fallos, por lo que una página vacía es una buena noticia.
- Interrupciones de la plataforma. Si varias cosas no relacionadas fallan a la vez, consulte primero el Estado del sistema.
- Resultados por destinatario de una difusión. Para saber cómo funcionó un envío en general, abra la difusión en sí; consulte Difusiones.
Cuándo contactar al soporte técnico
Most entries tell you exactly what to change, and you can do it yourself. When an entry says to get in touch, or the same code keeps coming back after you’ve followed the fix, contact support and include the code and the time it happened (copy them straight from the row). That’s usually enough for us to find it without any back and forth.
Todos los códigos de error
La primera parte de un código indica el origen del fallo:
