Your AI Connector Docs

Which Channels We Support

Everything below arrives in the same inbox, and the same AI Agent can answer on all of them. This page is the quick answer to “do you support X?” The full setup steps live on each channel’s own page.

Custom channels Anything else, connected by your own code Custom Channels

If a channel is not on that list, you can still bring it in yourself as a custom channel: your system sends us the incoming message and we send you the reply to deliver. That is how people connect in-house apps and platforms we do not integrate with directly.

Channels We Are Asked About and Do Not Support

These come up often enough to be worth an honest answer:

  • YouTube comments: not supported. There is no YouTube connection and no comment automation for it.
  • Discord: not supported.
  • Snapchat: not supported.
  • WeChat: not supported.
  • X (Twitter): not supported.
  • Slack: not supported as a customer messaging channel.
  • Google Business Profile messages and reviews: not supported. There is no review management or Google review auto-reply feature.
  • Voice calls: not available today. The platform is text messaging only: no voice AI, no outbound calling and no voice-note replies from the AI. Voice is planned, with no date yet. In the meantime you can connect a voice platform such as ElevenLabs yourself through Custom Functions and the call-to-message handoff.

In Development

  • TikTok messaging is being built. It is not available yet and there is no release date. When it launches it will be announced in the changelog and the community.

For any of these, the custom channel route plus API access is the way to bridge them yourself if you have a developer.

WhatsApp Group Chats

Group chats are not supported on any WhatsApp connection, and the AI never replies in a group.

On a WhatsApp Web connection, group messages are ignored end to end: they do not create a contact, they do not appear in your inbox, they are not stored, and nothing you send from the app goes to a group. Your groups keep working normally in WhatsApp on your phone; the platform simply does not see them.

On the WhatsApp Business API, groups are not available at all: Meta’s business messaging API is one-to-one only.

So a workflow like “add the bot to a customer group and let it answer there” is not something the platform can do. To handle a group’s members, message them individually.
