Social Scheduler (Beta)

The Social Scheduler lets you write a post once, choose which of your social accounts it should go to, pick a time, and let it publish itself.

No copy and paste into six different apps. No setting alarms for 9am on Saturday. You write it, you schedule it, and it goes out.

Closed beta. The Social Scheduler is being rolled out to a small group of accounts first. If you do not see it in your sidebar yet, it has not been switched on for your account. Ask support to be added to the beta.

What You Can Post To

You can connect these accounts:

Account Notes
Facebook Pages Any Page you manage.
Instagram Business or Creator accounts only. A personal Instagram account cannot be posted to by any scheduling tool.
Threads Connected separately from Facebook.
Bluesky Connected with an app password, not your normal password.
LinkedIn Your own profile. Company pages where your account allows it.
Telegram Channels you can post to. Text only for now.

You can connect several accounts of the same kind, for example three Facebook Pages and two Bluesky handles, and pick which ones each post goes to.

See Connecting Your Social Accounts for what each one needs.

How It Works

1. Write the post. One caption box for everything. If one network needs different wording, you can tweak the text for that network without rewriting the rest.

2. Choose the accounts. Tick the accounts this post should go to. One post can go to one account or to all of them.

3. Pick a time. Choose a date and time, or use Publish now to send it straight away. You can also Save draft and come back to it later.

That is it. At the chosen time the post goes out on its own, whether or not you are logged in. Afterwards each account shows whether it worked, and links straight to the live post.

Good to Know

  • You can change your mind. A scheduled post can be edited or cancelled any time before it goes out.
  • Times use your own timezone. You pick the time you mean locally, not a converted one.
  • Each account is handled separately. If one account has a problem, the others still publish. See Post Results for what to do then.
  • Images are adjusted for you. Each network accepts different picture sizes and file types. Your images are prepared automatically for each one instead of being rejected.

Not Available Yet

We would rather tell you up front than have you go looking:

  • Images and video to Telegram channels. Telegram posts are text only for now.
  • X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business Profile. Not supported at the moment.
  • Replying to comments and DMs from the Scheduler. Your inbox in the app already handles conversations. The Scheduler only publishes posts.
  • Suggested best times to post and automatic content recycling. Not built yet.
